App doesn’t work…can’t login with then user name and password on the router. Seems like it should be simple so I’m guessing the “geniuses” who developed this app aren’t very good at their job. Just be betterMelingula

App still crashes
I don’t know why but the app crashes when it tries to apply the log in information. Even when I use the web browser, I can’t get into the router. Normally I like MSI’s products but I’m in serious doubt.Mikeypikey7467
QR code
Can’t scat the QR code, won’t let you sign in. I love msi but their apps are garbage.eat$hit

App Keeps Crashing!!
I haven’t even been able to set up the new router because 1) the QR code doesn’t work and 2) When setting up manually I get to the end and every single time it closes out and won’t let me finish setting it up. I’ve tried 4 times. Now it says the username and password are wrong but I’m using what’s on the back of the router?! I only have 1 login attempts left. I told my boyfriend to return it. It’s not worth it. There are others out there with less hassle. I’d give zero stars if I could.Show lessMia John
