Just get a refund while you can
My brother bought a router and we can’t even set it up because the app that’s required to set it up (this app) doesn’t work.
After messing with things for over two hours and trying to look into how to fix it we’ve come to the conclusion that he just has to get a refund. So don’t waste your time or your money messing with this brand, it’s garbage.

I made the account but when i finished everything and clicked continue the app crashed on me and won’t let me sign in saying that my account password is incorrect even though I remembered it and wrote it down I tried multiple times and i just gave up.just one kid

Can’t log in over HTTPS
I cannot log into my router with the app, and I believe it’s because it only works when local access config is set to HTTP, which is plain-text, unencrypted. It will not work when setting the router to only accept encrypted HTTPS. What a joke!!!Mihai S...

The stupidity of this app is insane. Won’t connect to the router that it’s meant for. App crashes constantly. You can’t reset your password once it crashes you out so you have to manually reset it. If I could give this 0 stars then I wouldDrewDream24
app is the problem
fix your app please trying to scan QR for router setup, i put in the default router username and password and says its incorrect when trying to do it manually only to get prompted that it is incorrect. i try to scan with camera show’s image but doesn’t scan so im stuck. the app is garbage and needs to be addressed with updates. im using an iphone 14 pro maxShow lessHumlaeeee
