Disappears
This app works fine sometimes, but not always. Sometimes I open it there is nothing. I have to delete the app then install it again. This has happened several times. It’s a pain to have to do this to use this app. It is an excellent way to be in contact with my vet(when it works). Just wish it worked 100% of the timeShow lessSols Pilot

It’s okay.
Frustrated that I’m not getting ANY notifications (email or text, though I’ve verified both are set to “ON”).
Appointment requests only allow me to choose a day (or days) of the week and morning, afternoon, or either. No calendar showing available appointment times and letting me select one. So doesn’t eliminate the back-and-forth of setting an appointment - made more difficult given I’m not getting the email or SMS notifications, so have sometimes missed they responded with availability that day or the next day until it was too late.Show lessLynetteAck
Easy Communication
Otto makes it much easier for me to keep in touch with my vet clinic. I work overnights so sometimes it can be difficult for me to find the time to call them during their business hours; the app gives me the opportunity to send in requests for appointments or medication refills with ease. It has honestly been a huge quality of life improvement for me and I’m happy that my vet clinic uses it.Show lesssupertablebunny
