Meant to happen!
Nick started the process of helping me buy a home. My son‘s name is Nick, and I always said he would inherit the home one day. looking for houses not easy nowadays I’ve had several times when someone bid higher than I did. A bit discouraged, but Nick at Veterans United stayed with me through the process and I kept moving until I finally found a perfect home and I knew it would be mine because it was on Nicholas Court. It was meant to be.
Veterans United made it easy and stay in contact with me throughout the entire process. Not only Nick but Eric and both kept me in the loop on the next steps. The app was wonderful. All I needed to do is open it and complete my to do list. It’s easy to upload documents in the entire process runs a lot smoother.
I am very thankful and can’t wait to move into my new home!!

Terrific Knowledge
I would just like to mention that not only is the app simple for me to understand and it gives me the ability of knowing what is needed but my best personal experience has been those individuals that have been working with me. They have so much knowledge and patience. At my age that means more than most people would know. Thank you so much for your time and support. You individuals are the most amazing people. 😊

This is my first time using Veteran United and I can’t be more that happy, been a first time buyer I was super nervous but the Veterans United team was there to help me every step of the way. Every question, comment or concern they were there to help in a timely manner. Shannon was super helpful and was always there when I needed help making the process super simple, been station in Alaska and been a house in Florida everything was done through the website and mobile app and it was super easy and simple to do. I can’t believe they did it!! We were afraid every step of the way that this would fall apart. They weren’t. Vanessa and Anna were terrific!! Even through my panicked moments!! Vanessa called and reassured me. And they went from find the house to clear to close in 21 days. I honestly think they had Devine intervention because without this couldn’t have happened! They were Awesome, and streamlined everything. From Insurance to transfer of utilities everything, even address change!! I would highly recommend and Veteran call Vanessa!

Experience
This has been the easiest experience I’ve ever had in dealing with buying a home. The team is absolutely fantastic and incredible. We were pre approved quick and easy. Tyson, Max, and Brandon have already removed any doubt that I had in starting the process of buying a home again.
Amazing and Easy Service!
This was my first time buying a home and I was always nervous thinking it was going to be chaotic, but oh man, Veterans United made the whole entire process easy and stress-free! I had a whole team of people helping me out every step of the way, providing resources, and getting me the best deals possible for my move! I will definitely be going through them again if I ever need to relocate!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Seemingly Good Company, Mediocre App
If you read any of the five-star reviews, you’ll notice most of them are reviewing Veterans United the company, and not their app. The app is seriously lacking. No FaceID, seriously? Also, the entire Bill Pay Center, the only portion of the app you’ll use once your mortgage is set up, is just a pop-up on the app, not a distinct part of the app itself. That’s a terrible interface. This app has no better functionality than just using the website.

My experience with Veterans United
I am happy about service I received from Veterans United. Emmy and Kayla are so awesome. They really stayed in touch with me and constantly sent emails and made calls to be sure everything was going in the right direction. I like the fact that I can sign documents online because my schedule is busy . I love the beautiful gift from Veterans United too and I told a friend about the company and they are a client of veterans United also.

Very satisfied!
They worked hard from the beginning to the close to get everything completed and approved. I set a date to close, they work hard to make it happen. They kept me updated on everything I needed to complete on a daily basis. They worked closely with the VA. They were excellent throughout. Call, ask for Danny Freeman and his team. They are A+!

Amazing
The process was amazing from beginning to end. Josh and Cassidy were superb throughout the entire process and guided us through it promptly and efficiently. Even thought this is a stressful process, they made it as easy and pleasant as possible for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better team!!
