This release comes with updated design and functionality enhancements based on your feedback. Be sure to turn on automatic app updates to always have access to our most improved version. (Go to Settings > App Store, and then switch on “App Updates.”)
They do not respond in a timely manner on the app. And the overall PennyMac experience has been absolutely awful. I sent a check to the loan company that organically did my loan the found out they moved me to PennyMac, old company fedex the check FedEx and PennyMac both confirmed they received my check then PennyMac lost my check. I called and messaged about my check for month then they lied and said they have no proof they received my check and wouldn’t pay the stop payment fee to cancel my check to pay another way!! Then threaten to take a payment from another month and put it on the missing month and charge me late fees!! Very unprofessional would not recommend this place to no one and as soon as I can get my business from this company I am!! Thankfully I was able to convince my bank after being threatened by pannymac to waive the cancel check fee!!! If I could give a negative star i definitely would!! PennyMac should be ashamed and embarrassed by their actions!
