I used the app for years and it’s been great. The latest update a week ago or so broke the app. You can’t login. Face ID just loops back to the login page and logging in with your credentials manually just brings you back to the login screen too. I had to pay this month with my laptop and the website.

The app is slow it doesn’t update with face recognition but asks you to use the hardest passwords then make it hard to use. The app is slow to update and hit your account as a whole these places are scammy and scummy. When I try to talk to a human for support no one is there to support. Honestly rather give my car back then deal with the stress of this app. I have talked to zero humans I have gotten zero support. When I ask for support they say go to your AppStore to review. Why would the App Store be at fault when Gm financial made the app. You can’t expect consumers to to live in fear of payments bc you can’t offer a better platform.
