Glitchy
While I love the insurance, the app and website are both awful. If you’ve got multiple pets insured, you have to tap arrows to move between them to be able to select the one you want and file the claim. It takes a while to load between each pet, so would be way more user-friendly if there was just a drop-down you could select the desired pet from instead of having to load a new page each time you scroll through the pets. Also, both the website and the app have been out of commission for the past four days so filing a claim without talking to a human has been impossible. The file claim button is unresponsive.
