  • Fun game only 1 problem...

Only problem is they don't let you set the controls where you want them unless you use a bt controller. I am so sick of going to move but instead stand in place with the weapon select menu up and by the time I realize what I've done I'm dead. I just need like 1/2 " to the right and I wouldn't do that every time I play a level at least once.
  • So many bugs

For example every time you open a weapons box it gives you the option to cash it in but it doesn’t work unless you switch to the new gun - the option is to just cash in the new gun but it doesn’t work. Also can’t save it
  • Crashes in the middle of 1 kind of mission

Absolutely love the game, but every time I do a “transmit signal” mission the game crashes it does not matter what area I’m in with about 45 seconds left and treats it like I died so I have to pay a bunch of money for my guns or take the hit and start from scratch all over again. And the game has been this way for the last 8-10 months if not longer
  • A Space Marshals clone

The game seems like an outright rip-off of Space Marshals, from the visuals to the game mechanics to the sense of humor. This is what gets it the few stars I gave. The graphics are just OK — not even close to the gorgeous quality of Space Marshals. The controls are so sensitive and finicky that I suspect this game was designed to be controlled with fine tentacles rather than mere human hands. Three (of five) tentacles up!
  • Would be a great game if you’d fix it

I love this game, every aspect of it, from graphics to gameplay to story to music. It’s all great, in the tradition of Bullet Time, one of my all time faves. The biggest problem is the crashing. It didn’t used to do this when I first started playing, but now it’s every other mission, typically hard-level transmission towers. And, as nearly everyone has complained, it robs you of your best guns and forces a restart that’s far worse than just dying, where you can at least buy back your hard-earned weapons. Awful! Too much good here to be ruined by a coding glitch. Fix it and you’ll have one of the best games available.
  • Decent game but …

There are gameplay bugs that needs to get sorted out.

Every time you end the game and come back, all your good weapons are gone and you have to start all over and farming them back. This takes away the fun in the game.

Second, spontaneous crashes. Again all loot, weapons you had equipped are all gone.
  • Love the game - update has issues

Love the game. Love it. I enjoy the art, the music, the gameplay. Big fan. My only issues (and they were relatively minor) were that guns didn’t progressively get significantly better (I had the same guns for a long time), leveling up took way, way too long, stuff cost way too much and the sniper boss and the final boss are just a bit too hard. (I’ve tried to beat the sniper boss a second time and can’t because it takes forever to blow up enough crates.) But fine. I made my peace with it because I enjoyed the game. I appreciate that in the update it seems like you lowered cost for things and added new guns. Big fan. But two major things happened that have nearly ruined the game. First, the game crashes now and it never did for me before. And the problem is that the game doesn’t count a crash like it does a death, so I just lose all my weapons. That stinks. The second problem is that the mechanics of interacting with weapons crates has changed and “compare” doesn’t work anymore and sometimes scrap for cash actually means pickup and swap your current gun for cash. Which is a disaster when you didn’t want the gun. I love the game but these bugs are causing some serious problems that are making the games less playable. Any chance you can work those bugs out?

    Additional:
Never crashed before the update. Now has crashed twice in three gameplays.
  • Fun but glitchy

Fun game, but will occasionally glitch and spawn an enemy outside the playable area, which makes you unable to complete your objectives. That means you have to exit the level, and you lose your weapons and cash. Very frustrating
  • Good But Buggy

Sometimes on the Sabotage Levels I’m the first area there will be an enemy who spawns outside of the building and is stuck outside the map and the level isn’t able to be completed since you need to kill all the robots before being able to disable the machines. Maybe disable the force field so you can still disable the machines but the robots will still be there and it will be easier if you do get rid of all the robots first.
  • No support

So, I had a bug report for the game. Under certain circumstances, either the player character or an enemy gets stuck someplace unfortunate. In one case, the player character ended up *inside* a wagon. No way to escape. In another, an enemy ended up on the wrong side of a barrier inside a facility you were supposed to “sabotage,” and couldn’t be killed. Since killing all the enemies was necessary, that meant the level couldn’t be completed. In each case you had to abandon the level and all weapons and loot. Frustrating, but I had enough information to characterize what was happening.

So… the “support” link takes you to Netflix support, which has only an article that says “tough luck,” no way to report anything. So I spend 12 minutes “chatting” with “Elsy,” who ends up emailing me the same article because “you can email about the issue.” Of course, the email says “don’t reply because this is an unattended email address.”

So, my advice is don’t bother with the game unless you dig frustration. But if you like that, go for it! It could be a good game, but I don’t see how they’ll ever fix any bugs.
