Spent a couple of hours adhering to the written directions and directions found on the internet—all to an unsuccessful result. Returning this ASAP and even more unlikely now to order products from China whenever possible.jcmft
Wi-Fi won’t connect to feeder through app!
Bought a feeder that this app goes with it will find the feeder and my Wi-Fi connects and I spent over three hours troubleshooting everything the app and the feeder directions could come up with as well as changing settings and restarting Wi-Fi and router and none of it works. It was a Christmas gift from my grandma after I got another cat and the non Wi-Fi version of this feeder. This terrible product is getting returned and this app deleted. It seems to be a very common problem with the app and feeder so overall not a great company.Show lessStormy Horses L
Half serving request
I love this feeding dispenser! I use it to dole out treats during the night to my disruptive cat. The only problem I have is I wish I could release a .5 serving rather than a full 1 serving of treats. Is there a way I can program a half serving? Thank you.Geckia
