This was an awesome addition. For the price and ease-EXCELLENT only issues:
- The camera works well. Sounds sometimes glitches if app is running in background without closing it out. ( sound isn’t activated when doing live feed)
-it doesn’t catch the ladies moving around all the time or delayed (they’ve already jumped and eating food before it acknowledges movement.
-the biggest issue, alerts are nonexistent at night. No care time set and yet the alerts stop after dark. I want the woof alert in case fox gets in the pen area. It will record however I need to check the app bc the notifications are silenced. Reached out to cs, they weren’t helpful. Delete app and reinstall or check care settings are off. We have two, and neither one makes alert sound after say midnight. Since I work nights I want the alerts.
-care settings are set for actual day of week vs time frame. . If I want alerts from 8pm on Tuesday through 8am Wednesday, it’s not possible. You can only set one timeframe for the day of the week. This is for 9-5 workers. CS tried and said they’d look into it. IdkShow lessDeveloper Response

Update: I changed the rating to a 1 as the more I use this app on my iPhone 15 Pro with the current iOS release it freezes up all the time. Not just the video, but the app itself and you have to close it and the reopen to get it to do anything. Developers need to fix the issues ASAP! I pay the premier cost per year and expect this thing to work as intended.
The app would be good if things worked consistently. Zoom in on video play back works every so often. Laser is spotty, even when connected to a very fast internal WiFi and being on the same network. App needs to be finished by clearing up these inconsistent features. Quality assurance testing is needed!Show lessDeveloper Response

It’s a great thing when it works but honestly it’s beyond ridiculous how often you need to disconnect and reconnect and if you’re running out the door it really takes the convenience away from it, doesn’t it? It’d be great to just be able to use it without the drama. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to disconnect and reconnect because the camera is offline. Like come on. Get it together because it’s not the first I’m saying it.Show less
