Unfortunate Choices
The app works once set up, and syncs to AppleHealth. However there are major issues problems with the setup process.
1. Requiring an account to record data
2. Limiting the password length
3. Not probably tagging the email entry field
4. Not allowing for “Strong Password”
5. Non-native controls that feel very off

Good. Could use some improvement
I've used fitness trackers before and got the GE Scale because it reads out the body fat %. One thing I dislike is that despite having all your body data, the graphic at the top is generic. It shows the low end of normal weight for my height is 117 but my personal data shows my fat-free body weight is 119 -- and since 0% body fat would be unhealthy, and healthy body fat for my age starts at 17% it would be a lot more helpful if the scale was dynamic, since the app has the necessary data to do so.Show lessleochick820

Apple Watch Glitchy but otherwise ok
I like the scale but most times the scale does not recognize the Fit Profile app from my Apple Watch. So, most times I have to go get my phone before taking my weight.Charminsays
Love it, except
The app is great but I wish I could edit or delete individual entries. My husband stepped on my scale and now his data in intertwined with mine, so now my history isn’t correct.KatsMom138
“Stop hitting yourself”
Credit to the developers who listened to feedback about how insensitive it is for a fitness app to mock you with a comical sound when you’re overweight.
However, their response wasn’t to change or remove the sound, but rather tell us, if you don’t like it, turn it off. Essentially, they’re the schoolyard bully pinning you on the ground, making you slap yourself with your own hands while telling you to “stop hitting yourself.”Show lesstentonbricks

A Bug and need one improvement
In the Change section, the data for current day is not comparing to previous date/last measurement. So I don’t know how much weight has changed compared to previous day after I measure my weight in the morning. I have to manually click it and change the date so it can compare with the prior day. that so inconvenient. VeSync app has no issue.
In the Tracking tab, I hope it can show the change in weight in BMI, etc. Currently it’s just showing the numbers and we have to do the calculation in order to see the change. VeSync app is pretty good at these two areas. You might wanna check the app and incorporate the updates.Show lessChanning8
