Doesn’t work
How long am I expected to sit here continuously selecting the photo over and over for it not to work? What does it matter who the tickets are for? I could have bought them for anyone and maybe I want to bring someone else last minute! If you’re going to make people provide this info for their tickets at least make sure it works!Show lessGremmy1
Absolutely useless
This app does not work properly, it demands that i upload a photo for each e-ticket then doesn’t let me upload any photos. The log in screen also has issuesAndy725Bb

Like others it needs a map. It needs to sync between device I set up on iPad and can’t transfer to phone. I found instructions hard to understand. I can see benefits from your point but as an older person taking grandchildren I found it difficultDerelean

They’ve updated the app. It’s logged me out and no longer lets you reset the password. So the app is now totally useless. So no way to get into the park or rides. Absolute joke of an update.MArk ccccggggff
App doesn’t work
I’ve have been trying for the past 3 days on my device as well as other peoples devices
We are unable to upload a picture in order to claim our E-tickets.
I have tried to delete the app and re-download however even after deleting the app when I re-open it I am still logged in even though it says it “deletes data” when you delete the app

Useless
Downloaded the app as we are going to the PB at the weekend. Won’t take a photo or allow us to pick from photos so not able to register the e-tickets. Waste of time downloading it.JohnnyS149
Glitchy as hell
Wow. Never used an app as bad as this!! SO glitchy. Couldn’t log in, so had to create new account as ‘forgot my password’ was unresponsive. Got into it to claim tickets and apparently you have to add a photo (weird?!) but that glitched too and wouldn’t work with allowing access to camera to take a pic, or accessing photos. Neither would work, so couldn’t claim tickets.
Useless.

Desperately needs an update
I’ll start with the positives. The photo system works well and the e-tickets seemed reliable for me.
However. This app DESPERATELY needs 2 things. Firstly, a map is essential, even if it’s not interactive. it should be a standard issue really. Secondly, my experience in the park was made much worse due to the app only updating queue times once per hour. For something that is competing with the likes of Alton Towers/Thorpe Park in terms of coasters, food and prices, the app is certainly the most behind of all the major UK theme parksShow lessa catboy
