App inaccessible. Try to log in and simply get a message stating that the app isn’t active. So pretty useless.StuartMyt
A hell of a faff!
In order to activate an ePass, you’re forced to upload pictures of you and your (present) family members to the app. Absolutely atrocious! Then messing around with the e-tickets and activating them is a pain! Unless you’re an expert, then you’re probably going to accidentally activate them on one phone, meaning everyone in your group needs to be near that one person’s mobile phone to get in, or onto any rides.
I genuinely had less trouble applying for my last Passport. Why they don’t have an option for wrist bands is a joke. It’s bad for the customers and I guess saves a little money for the park.Show lessAx8472
Needs a map!
The app is okay, nothing amazing but wow could it do with a map! It’s good that season pass holders can book through the app but other than that it feels rather redundant with unreliable queue times and not much else to offer, please update!!! This could be an amazing app!!Lilslash1996
What’s the point?
It is easy enough to navigate but I’m not sure what the point of it is. We only used it to scan our tickets to get on the rides which we could have done with screenshots of the QR codes. The ride wait times didn’t seem that accurate and there isn’t a map which would have been useful.Mum to E & J
Personal Invasion
It forces the user to have their picture taken before it will activate e-tickets.
I do not consent to your app having access to my photos or camera. It was not a requirement to buy the ticket. There is no genuine reason why you would NEED my picture or that of my kids just to use the tickets I’ve already bought and paid for!

Could be a lot better
There is no map, no decent information about the rides such as ride height. It’s handy to have for the e tickets and show times but that’s about itgrd01!

Finally an app
And what an app it is. Visited recently and this app came in very hand and was very accurate with the queue times. It was so easy to use this app should’ve been done long ago. But happy that it is here now!DJ Lockee
