Urgent app development

I think it’s high time for you guys to update the app, please make sure the mapping is improved , the maps don’t get saved , make sure we are able to edit the maps , so that we can send the robot to living room or bed room as it’s required .Praan25
App is good but one flaw with login
The app works fine and has everything you’d expect. However, the initial login could be more straightforward by taking into consideration your location. The app by default sets it to China and this causes the app to say that your login information is incorrect. All you have to do is change this to whatever your country is and you’ll be able to login.RainFirst
App Terrible
I have not been able to use the app in weeks. I have been trying desperately to log in and no matter what I do or how many times I reset the password or delete & reinstall the app it won’t let me in. I reached out to the developer and they did absolutely nothing. They asked me to send proof of my vacuum but the vac is perfectly fine. It’s the app! They need to look into this problem.HellooooooooooooKitty
Good BUT…..
App works fine except when you start the vacuum from the app, if you don’t keep the app open and your phone on all the time, the vacuum will stop running. So we are supposed to keep the phone active for the 60 min or so that the vacuum takes to finish? Do other vacuums have this same issue? 🤬Hannibal415
