Help. App won’t work
I need the app to finish my tasks, but it says please wait for hours and never lets me login. I don’t know what to do :( it’s the newest version, it’s updated I’ve erased it and re downloaded multiple times .Brandylynn2007

Hi, Brandylynn2007, Sorry for the inconvenience, we were in transition to all new upgraded version(released on 19th October), which has almost all the capabilities like discovering events, apply and complete activities. Overall, almost everything that you can in Ripple Street experience. We would recommend to upgrade it. Thanks for being the loyal user for Ripple Street.Won’t load at all
Since the last update the app will not load, just spins and spins. I can’t do any of my required activities at all!kmextra91

They Require The App Then Send You To The Website LOL
They require the app without telling you upon application for a campaign. So you get the app (or fail at completing your campaign - no other option) and have to give full permissions which aren’t actually required for functionality. Only to have the app send you back to the website to apply or check for campaigns. Lol Tell me you just want access to my information without telling me you just want access to my information. It’s absolutely illogical and the app itself looks archaic. Like something coded in 2008. Has no visual appeal at all. Not happy.Show lessNelleMN

The app makes completing my activities so easy. And I love that I have the option to view them organized by event and by date. The date view is super helpful when you are participating in multiple events around the same time.Aquagal
