Only Worked Once

App stopped working after a couple days. Won’t sync up with my Apple Watch sleep data. Don’t recommend wasting your time downloading

Disaster

Doesn’t work at all. Tracks that I’m asleep when I’m not even in bed.

Score from Health data

I’ve been looking for an app to give me scores and insights from my sleep data in Health. I don’t use an Apple Watch just another tracker, sync to Health then edit in Health where device thought I was sleeping when I wasn’t. This is the only app I’ve found that kind of does it, though the Today page won’t load. My sleep score is 75, I slept 5.5 hours last night so I’m surprised it’s so high and can’t get an explanation from the app. I am tired and confused but it’s probably not the app’s fault!

Thanks for using Empirical Sleep! A sleep score from 70-80 is "ok". Ideally you want to be 90 or above. Let me know if you have more questions.

Not opening on IPhone 13 or IPad

Good idea, but wildly inaccurate

Reported issues but no response from company. I like the idea, but with no support and wildly inaccurate reports I’m deleting the program. Example “You went to bed at 10:35pm, you fell asleep at 10:35pm, and awoke at 12:06am.” “You slept for 10h 03m”. Really?

Meh

Lots of bugs (won’t allow me to enter my birthdate for example), won’t share data with my iPad, doesn’t let you know what a subscription costs, doesn’t share data with the health app. I could go on, but I’m not finding a reason to keep this app.

So buggy

It constantly reports the wrong data, and when I try to correct it quits out of that screen. This is basically useless

Clean design, but data is wrong

The data pulled from Apple Health was way way off — by 3 minutes the previous night to hours on past nights (laughably showed me sleeping 17 hours a few nights ago). Obviously something is going haywire. Shame, because the interpretation of the data would be much more useful than what I see in Apple Health, which really gives no context. The app has a nice clean design & was otherwise easy to use

Sleep time is a great app.

This is a great app that helps me stay on track with my sleep, wind down time and waking up to ensure I get an almost full night’s rest. I am very satisfied with this app and suggested to everybody. It is in my phone as well as my 49 mm Apple Watch is I have the alarm set and it keeps track of my sleep duration in the morning.

x next to watch tracking sleep but the settings and schedule show thats a lie. cant gi any further in app.
