Still your Money No one to call
I signed up for this company with my work email and ordered some gifts from my brother. It’s been nine days and the order is still sitting there saying unfulfilled and there’s no one to answer my phone call and refund my money or send me my package. Don’t use this company. They will steal your money, worst mistake I’ve ever made. And read their return policy. They charge you seven bucks to return something. What a rip off.

Takes A Long Time to Ship
Proozy always has great deals. Unfortunately, they take a long time before shipping items even after you've paid for shipping. It's been a week and the order confirmation email says to allow up to 10 business days to receive confirmation of items shipped. This is the reason that I tend to stick with certain merchants that have quick shipping processes.

Great prices, poor customer service response, no free returns
Prices can be great. Shipping is charged if you don’t spend a minimum amount. I had to make a return (size was too big). Getting the return label was easy. But it took a long time for my return to be processed. Over six weeks from the time the return was dropped off in the mail. It took a few emails from me to customer service before my return got processed. On top of that, there is a $8.99 fee for returns.

Proozy’s Variety of Authentic Goods is Awesome But…
I’ve been ordering from Proozy way before they even had an app. They’re excellent as far as their variety of gear, and their prices and sales are off the chain. However, I noticed that there’s not enough of a description when it comes to certain things that need to have absolute descriptions posted, such as the size of the bridge, lens, length of the temples when it comes to the designer sunglasses. I noticed that some of the sizes, although it’s small, medium or large differ from the clothes but at retail stores. Perhaps they get lots of clothes from the designer manufacturer that were subpar and they sell it to Proozy and then they resell it to the public. Not that I’m saying that Proozy sells but at times the sizes/fitment are definitely are different than what I have purchased at retail stores or other online platforms. Overall, their customer service is excellent. I’ve dealt with Katrina on occasion for about five, six years and she’s always pulled through. I hope the Customer Service reps that she hires train under her because she is excellent! So happy that Proozy has elevated themselves and their online shopping offers by creating an app. It seems easy to navigate so far but they definitely need improvement in the descriptions where certain specs are needed in order to make an intelligent decision to purchase. Kudos to Proozy as we customers are Choosy!

I placed an order Nov 16 for four items. Today is Jan 5 and I still have not received two of the four items. I sent an email to PROOZY and did not receive a response. When I checked on the order it says they are preparing the order. They are winter clothes for my grandkids. They won’t fit them next year- even if I do someday receive the order.

POOR Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of slippers online and your website gave me a “site not available” message but, I was charged for 3 of the same items! When I called to cancel 2 of the orders was told to leave a message and never received a call or email! I also emailed to request that only one pair be shipped, but never received a response! I just received 3 pair of the same item and I am told I have to pay 8.99 each to return 2 of the 3 pairs! If you had cancelled when requested I would not have to pay to return the 2 pair of shoes that were shipped incorrectly by your system being out of order! NEVER going to order again from you and will be reviewing in other sites-including Brads Deals!

Slow, slow, slow
Order sat unfulfilled for 20 days, after 10 contacted customer service and no response. Waited another week and contacted again and still no response. Finally 3 days later a response that order was cancelled. Other colors were available in my size that I could of ordered had they responded in a timely manner but now sold out. Have had successful orders in the past but also cancelled orders.

i’ve been trying to return an item for two weeks now, but the customer service cannot do it themselves, but force you to use the online tool which has been unavailable for weeks now. I give their customer service credit for returning my inquiries, but I think it’s unfortunate They’re not empowered to take care of things themselves
