This company is a rip off they sent me the wrong item. They don’t have any way to get hold of them they don’t have a phone number. They don’t answer the email. Brad‘s is where I ordered it from and they said there’s nothing they can do get hold of the manufacturer with their which is this cruise PROOZY, whatever the whatever their name is, they are a rip off company they just send you anything and you can’t complain. You can’t get back to them and I know that there’s no way that anybody’s gonna get to read this. I am going to go to every social media media outlet I can get to to report these people they’re terrible you don’t know what town they’re in what state they’re in there’s no phone number please. It’s up to you now don’t buy anything

I’ve purchased quite a lot from Proozy. The shipping is a bit slow. Not a lot of plus sizes. But, other than that. Great prices on name brand clothing. All is brand new, With the tags on them. Can’t go wrong. I also have a daily text from them as to other name brand items on sale. :)

Could be more user friendly
It would be nice if you could easily reorder items from your previous orders. Also to be able to use various codes for different products all during the same cart checkout. I would buy more if it were easier.
WHY no iPad app???
I can’t believe that in the year 2023 that app developers are STILL developing apps that are NOT device agnostic! Why go to the trouble of writing an app that IGNORES tablets. The iPad is a VERY popular device that hundreds of thousands of people around the globe use every day. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t develop this app so that it is smart enough to reformat itself for optimal screen viewing when the user is using an iPad. Until then I’ll continue using a good ‘old browser, as it is still smart enough to format itself in portrait or landscape based on how I am viewing my screen.

Very unhappy!
I won’t be doing business with you again. After having bought a lot of stuff from you for Christmas, for gifts, I found out the gifts were not returnable because of a deadline you had established for qualifying as Holiday gifts. I’m out of luck! Then in a total screw up, you sent the wrong sunglasses for my son’s gift and by the time you we got this figured out, you sold out of the right sunglasses after telling me that there were 61 pairs in your inventory when we replaced the order for the right sunglasses. Not good!!! I’m a very unhappy former customer!

Coupons never seem to work. Even after manually typing in them. With correct information and policy terms taken into consideration. #REGULATERRRSS :)
