Very unhappy!
I won’t be doing business with you again. After having bought a lot of stuff from you for Christmas, for gifts, I found out the gifts were not returnable because of a deadline you had established for qualifying as Holiday gifts. I’m out of luck! Then in a total screw up, you sent the wrong sunglasses for my son’s gift and by the time you we got this figured out, you sold out of the right sunglasses after telling me that there were 61 pairs in your inventory when we replaced the order for the right sunglasses. Not good!!! I’m a very unhappy former customer!

Improved but still not great
This is a vast improvement over shopping on the website. The app itself looks great.
However…
I was promised a discount upon my first in app purchase. That didn’t happen. None of the active discount codes I used worked. It even the one sent to me by the system in a text message.
Also… can you PLEASE add a search feature? And if there isn’t an items available in a given category can you make it unavailable to click? It’s annoying to seedy a category to shop and find it empty.
However…

Processing & Shipping
Processing and shipping time frames are horrible. If you are in no rush, i recommend this site. If you like to receive items timely, I recommend amazon.

So far so good but could be better
I’ve placed 2 orders. It took quite a while for them to even ship out but my second order shipped before my first order did so I contacted them and they responded promptly. They upgraded my shipping on the first order and it was shipped out the next day so I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. I ended up receiving both orders on the same day…. Today! I’m very happy with both items in first order but the hoodie I ordered second is white and it arrived dirty, as if while still folded it had been sat down in a filthy floor and had soda dripped on it. I’ve sent in a message to customer service so we will see. I’m sure I could probably get all the dirt and soda out but I shouldn’t have to. I’d never, no matter the price or brand, purchase an item of clothing that is new and filthy!
Update: customer service responded to my concern over hoodie immediately, asked for photos and then sent me an email with a way to return it with a refund. Customer service is amazing! Their prices are great and their products are 100% legit! I highly recommend PROOZY to anyone looking for a good deal on name brand products!

Disappointed!
I have ordered from here before and maybe had to wait a bit for an order, but always got what I ordered and always got a good deal. This time they put out a really good deal and guaranteed delivery by Christmas. They printed a label, but never gave the package, that I paid Express shipping prices for, to Fedex. I contacted them and they said they’d take care of it. They printed another label and after two days it was picked up by FedEx, then a winter storm hit. No one can control the weather, obviously, but if they had sent it when they said they would, I would have had my order for Christmas. Now, it’s the 28th, and still no package. I contacted them again the other day and asked for my money back, but no response at all this time. Just very disappointing. One of the items was for my son in laws birthday which is this coming weekend and I don’t even know if I’ll have that in time, nonetheless the person that was shorted gifts on Christmas Day!
