First time ordering everything as described and I did contact about shipping and they overnighted the merchandise so I had it in time. So far I am very happy with everything :)

I love Proozy and the brands they sell for a fraction of the price of other Stores. Got.most of my Christmas gifts from them and they all love them.
Worst company
I will never order from here again. I never received my items but they were quick to charge. It took me about 4 emails to be able to get my refund.

This company is pathetic I ordered over a week ago and still have yet to have a tracking number and have anyone contact me back about my order !! I will never order from you again and will never recommend you to anyone
