This thing never works so disappointingMrs
The device was really plug and play. I brought a second one so I can switch out without interruption of tracking and it took a little bit for the second one to go online but I think because it was late and maybe no one was available to activate on the other end. Overall very satisfied, for me it paid for itself with a week x100😊👌Offline issue
Why when I get a notification it says offline ,I would really love it this issue is fixedProblems
24/7 support means they will email you in the middle of the night if you’re in the US with a question about your question, so it takes several days if not weeks to resolve your problem. I have had no ability to access my camera for over a week and tech support app does not answer questions at all.
I recommended this camera to a friend due to it performing well for awhile but as soon as he started an account within 2 days his service stopped as well and has had the same problems trying to get someone who can solve the issues.
Will not be recommending to anyone else until tech support can efficiently help solve issues.Always offline

We previously had a hotshot truck business. I fell on after much this GPS unit was the most prior work the best it is working progress. It is only gotten better as time went by. It’s not 100% yet but it’s very close. I would recommend this company and their serviceApp is TERRIBLE English
They need to hire someone who speaks English because it’s just a bunch of nonsense Chinese translation. Even the voice is that “the bruetooth deevis is connectad uh sussessfulay” type.App Difficult to Use
The app is confusing and the geo fence doesn’t work effectively. I keep getting alerts after I’ve turned them off.
