Very slow to locate
For the price we pay per month the service should be better, it very slow to lactate the new area right away and the battery only charge till 90%, you guys need to do better the product is good but need some improvements.Guy Martial

In constant contact with tech support to fix the cameras which is hard because we can only talk really late at night because they’re in China witch is a 12 hr difference… The data plan is expensive and does not stay up $15 for 1 gig you can go through that gig with out doing anything. Very high cost
But when they work it makes it easy to see what’s going on and keep things safe when they work they work great. Just hard to keep ‘em goingtyler kapherr
Add fast or slower record review
Should have a way to move fast forward when reviewing video recordedWorks great ,shows the exact speed ,location Also Yearly subscription price is reasonable..

Alerts are in need of updating
The system works great for the most part. It’s really easy to operate and is very useful for me as a business owner. Some feedback I would give is the Alerts feature doesn’t function properly. When I check the alerts there is nothing there. Hope thee feedback is helpful. I would recommend this to other businesses.Sbelvin
