  • Great opportunities

My husband and I absolutely love Bidding Kings. We have been able to buy things we needed, like boat cover and safe ( for important papers) and saved a huge amount of money buying things for our home remodel. They make payment and pickup very easy. I would suggest that while you are picking up and are already at the store , that you go in the store and see what they have inside.

  • Elliptical

    Purchased and didn’t work
  • Too long for approval to bid

Take to long to get approved if you want to bid on item I have been waiting since yesterday.
  • Aggravating

I have been trying to get a response. I have emailed their support email and texted the number I was told to and no one will respond to it.
  • Extended for 1 hour 15 minutes

Tonight there was a bidding war and the auction went on for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Is there a cap on that or just whoever is willing to pay the highest cost?

Another auction had not posted yet. Will there be an October 31st Auction?
  • "New" products don't work

Have purchased two different "new" items. A door lock missing the keys and a game that the code had already been registered for use by someone previously. I couldn't get refunds on either item.
  • Dennis R Lively

Bought a wet dry vac that was listed as new and didn’t mention any missing parts, besides the missing parts I found one at Home Depot $10 cheaper and no fees but that is on me I should have did more research but the missing parts is on them!
  • Poor service

Cards decline unable to bid on items
  • Slow registration

I tried to Register for an auction 2.5 hours before it ends so I could bid. Auctions are closing and my registration is still pending. I have purchased items before but i guess they don’t want everyone bidding.
  • Started off good

Then got greedy, with the 15% ON TOP of whatever the winning bid was, THEN set bid increments from $1 to $5

You would think there’s got to be a point where they take a moment to hear their customers and maybe attempt to improve things… NOPE. Instead they’ve gone further down the drain. Apparently something is wrong with their system and instead of being instantly approved to bid, with a valid card on file, you now have to be manually approved to bid. That’s verbatim, from their customer service. We’re talking 1000+ people each WEEK they supposedly have to “manually” approve to bid. I know this bc although I am very critical of them, I still shop sometimes on their bidding app. Haven’t in a while so the other day I decided I’d look and if something got my attention I’d bid. So I found a mattress I needed, “registered to bid “ confirmed my info then was met with a message basically saying I was denied the privilege to bid. So I tried a few more times and nothing worked so I reached out to customer service. After TWO days I finally got a response via email stating what I mention in the beginning about the approval situation. I replied with ok, well can I get approved please or an explanation as to why I can’t bid… wellll needless to say I’ve yet to get a response. Smh. If you ever need a model on the best way to run a simple & profitable business DIRECTLY into the ground, you should definitely just follow these people’s steps. It almost doesn’t even make practical sense, as far as the stuff they keep doing and changing.
