I tried this app after being introduced to it by a friend. First, the personalised course is good, although there is no C1C2 level course; many users need advanced courses. Free talk trial process: although I know that the AI needs to be tuned, its real-time feedback and correcting ability is not as good as expected, far worse than ChatGPT, so I don't understand why ChatGPT drives this app, but the results are not as good as ChatGPT. Real-time correction and feedback matter most for language learners. Hope the app will improve, and I look forward to seeing the French version.

Amazing app
I recommend everybody that you know less or more English that s an amazing on the other hand it has been despaired my app what I have done to unit 9 and when I opened back it did not shows our practices I was so upset I gave report but no one back to me and another week again what I have done as unit disappeared and no one helped actually there is non help and support. I am doing but not like before make me disappointed it still works but what you have done with teacher text by text from speech all gone it does previously but first 5 weeks like no one on the app nothing we ve done and make me start beginner but conversely

I am absolutely amazed with this absolutely incredible app!!! I am learning so fast because the AI tutors are so efficient. I would never be able to pay for a human English tutor because it costs a lot of money and on top of that is just one lesson per week with. Praktika I am able to study every day any time of the day! The whole team is so dedicated and we can see updates almost every single day making our learning experience much more pleasurable and efficient. I am more than happy with the app and I am strongly recommending it to everybody that wants to learn a new language in the comfort of your home. Praktika is much more than just a language app, it is also a personal self improvement because the AI tutors give us so many great ideas to apply in our lives!!! I signed up for a 7-day trial but was charged the full annual fee immediately, without any monthly option. I contacted customer service for a refund right after the payment, but they declined, even though I hadn’t used the app. Very disappointed with the misleading offer and poor customer support.

Hi, I don't know what is going on but since 2 weeks I can't use my Airpods to study by the app because is not working. If I use another bluetooth earbuds it's okay but if I use my airpods I can't rear anything

No escucho al tutor con audifonos
No puedo escuchar al tutor con audifonos puestos solo en altavoz. Pague los 3 meses. Ya intente actualizando la app, desinstalando, volviendo a instalar, pero sigue igual. Mis audifonos funciona perfecto con otras apps.
