Finally, the perfect tool!
I always struggled to get my ideas out of my head and organized onto paper. This app is exactly what I’ve needed in my workflow. Just 1 shoot in and I’ve noticed a major difference in my confidence. It’s super convenient just having a app I can pull up on a shoot and quickly check things off and move onto the next shot.

My daily Driver for any project
This is simpler than Milanote and other moodbard/project management apps, it’s straight to the point and love how easy it is, Fav feature has to be the gear section where I can have different setups and not have to add individual gear in every project!!! 10/10axcruzr
This is way more than I expected!
I downloaded this app thinking it was like Notion but specifically for shooting! Turns out that’s exactly what it is but way more sophisticated! I’ve had this app for less than a day but I can already tell it is now going to be my primary app. Overall super easy to use and the features make it extremely easy to read and understand when they are in lists.Hayden_Newton

I’m a huge fan of systems to help plan and organize what I love to do to make it even easier to spend my time shooting and less worried about the details. Shotlists really delivers on a user friendly and easy set from having all you gear set up in the app to adding them to projects and go as far as having a mood board which is a need for every shoot! Great way to stay organized!
Really love this idea! Great way to stay organized, especially when you shoot in many different fields of video production. I shoot anything from weddings, to luxury real estate, to music videos, that it’s sometimes easy to forget certain poses or ideas I had for different shoots. Simplistic yet Effective
The app has a super nice UI with very intuitive buttons and navigation. Even without any tutorials or instruction manuals, I was able to navigate this app super easily.
The app also allows for designated pages for camera gear & separate page for ongoing projects making it a bunch more organized app compared to traditional apps such as Apple Notes.

Declutter Your Brain & Let Your Creativity Flow
I have used a lot of apps for project management, especially when it comes to creating a ShotList & this app is more than that! In the short amount of time I have been using it I have been able declutter my brain & flow creatively! Other apps make me feel like I need to have every detailed figured out & then put those down in the app rather than having prompts that increase my workflow!

The app walks you by the hand...
Organization. Period! It’s one of those things that I never really took into consideration at first. Especially since there was no app like this one, for me, it was like, “meh, I’ll learn later,” and when later came and I was filming all of these projects for different clients, I was running around like a chicken with no head!!
No! Get organized since the beginning. This app basically walks you by the hand and shows you how to stay organized. Maybe if it would’ve existed back then I wouldn’t have skipped learning to get organized. Five stars hands down.Coach Jocsan
