Smoker for 43 years becomes a non smoker in 10 days
I tried to quit smoking previously and was unsuccessful. I decided this time I wasn’t going to try I was going to quit. Mindset is half the battle and conditioning your brain is the other half that Finto takes care of. The program is highly effective and was definitely the answer for me.
3 weeks good
I’m going on 4 weeks with Finito and have not smoked since my quit day. I’m happy with the app and my progress but not sure what happens after 3 weeks. There is no cigarette tracker , or reading at that point. Only a hypnosis session. Seems to go flat at 3 weeks inspite of paying for one year!
Looking forward
I absolutely loved the daily process and found the calm and determination it left me with carried me through the day. I did the hypnotherapy very early every morning (between 6am and 7am) when everything in the house was quiet and it really set me up in a very calm and positive way. I shall miss the sessions greatly but like that I can go back and repeat the entire 21 day experience…like a secret weapon in my personal locker!

Amazing
Now 3 weeks cigarette free. Nearly pack a day smoker. You really need to stick with the programme, doesn’t feel like it’s doing much the first few days but by the 5th day I stopped smoking entirely, and still haven’t since.
It’s also much cheaper than going to see a hypnotherapist (which is also typically just one session) whereas this is short sessions each day, which I found actually helps to progressively strengthen my ability to resist cravings.
Be sure to try and find a place very silent when doing your sessions, such as when everyone’s out of the house, to maximise its effectiveness. Also I found listening on noise cancelling headphones really made a difference.

Works for Vaping Too!
I had my doubts in the beginning, but over the last week I have taken time to perform all the daily tasks and listen to the hypnosis sessions 2-3 times a day. This has been more successful for me than Nicotine Replacement Therapy ever was! I wish there was an option to track vaping and sessions targeted towards those of us who vape, but with this app I am finally starting to beat the monster of Nicotine Addiction!

I’m done! Finito! 25 days. So grateful. I listened to the sessions everytime I woke up in the middle of the night. All parts in play really helped.

I could never power through any nicotine withdrawals with any real lasting success until I tried this platform and words cannot express how thoroughly effective this has been for me.
Today is March 22 and I have consumed zero nicotine in any form since New Year’s Day. Cravings still occur - to a much lesser degree - but I am far more equipped to navigate them, now on my own (I used the cravings tool box almost daily for at least the entire month of January).
I opened the app to cancel my subscription and it gave me the option to rate the app. I rarely deem it necessary to give ratings unless I have a strong and founded opinion about it. Boy howdy did I want to gush about my experience with Finito.
I’m canceling because of its incredible effectiveness and the ease with which I could restart my subscription if I need a refresher; it was well worth every penny of the initial investment

Hasn’t helped me quit at all
The sessions are relaxing but it has not in anyway helped me quit or reduce intake. Expensive for what it is, especially as it didn’t help me one bit.
