I’m going on 4 weeks with Finito and have not smoked since my quit day. I’m happy with the app and my progress but not sure what happens after 3 weeks. There is no cigarette tracker , or reading at that point. Only a hypnosis session. Seems to go flat at 3 weeks inspite of paying for one year!
They had this amazingly grounding, lower voice that had me sleeping better, feeling better, and able to relax through a really difficulty time. Unfortunately they’ve since changed it to the same voice as in the first 2 days.
Hopefully they’ll at some point fix the glitch and let users choose- I’ll admit I now use it just for the exercises bc the higher voice is difficult to relax to.
Please bring back low voice hypnosis, it was so good!!

Thanks for the feedback, Julz!This is a great app although I’m finding it hard to find the 15 minutes to listen to the hypnosis without distractions. I like the tracker and am cutting back on my smoking which is the goal!

Thanks for the review, Sandy! 15 minutes in the morning is a helpful time to dedicate to your sessions. Experiment and see what works for you.I have tried countless times to quit smoking on my own. I am 6 days smoke free and this is the longest I have ever lasted. It is all because of Finito. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling to quit smoking.

After 3 weeks, I reset for a second round and am having a harder time cutting down. Will keep going and see if I can finally release this 40+ year habit. Third try was a fail.
I am on my fourth round and each reset has been less effective in reducing the number of cigarettes.

Hi there, you're doing so well by coming back to the program. Repeating the first week is not a failure at all! Success can just take multiple tries. If you are reducing by even just a few cigarettes that's an achievement for a lifetime habit. With awareness of your triggers you can become smoke-free 😊Perhaps my emotional addiction is just too strong because I have started the program over for a third time now. I’m not able to get enough hypnosis time to really feel like I’m benefiting and getting to my goal of stopping smoking.

After quitting for about 20 times finally I stopped smoking and I am so happy about it
