Just started
So far so good. On day 4 and it is helping.
I would love times when I log cigarettes not just how many. It would help me a lot to see during what times of day I turn to cigarettes the most.
I’ll update further into the program

Finito
This program has done so much for me in understanding why and when I smoke it’s actually helped me begin a non smoking lifestyle I’m not there yet but am very grateful for this program
Helped me quit
I had tried many, many times to quit smoking with different methods/systems and none worked. Not sure if Finito will work for everyone but it worked for me and the total cost was less than a weeks worh of smokes.
Overview
Finito is a great step to support the change to non smoking. Personally I had to use other support at the same time to achieve my outcome. The relaxation & mind thoughts are good although it tends to become a little repetitive. I knew I was a diehard smoker & expected a lot of resistance. I am now 1 mth smoke free and still soldiering on. I had a total of 7 restarts with the program but I believe in myself now & am reasonably confident I can continue on the journey to be a non smoker

Brilliant
Absolutely brilliant - I have tried hundreds of times to stop smoking, with Finito (and I used NRT patches too) I did it first time, I honestly can't quite believe it has worked.
Zero
I can’t change the edit fields, no offline support, another BOT and only Australia time zones excluding weekends???
Confident this is working
I’ve gone from a pack a day to 6 in just four days. Emotional regulation is the key to quitting smoking. It’s been very enlightening how much I used cigarettes as a crutch to manage life and boredom. Manage your thoughts, manage your emotions, control your behavior=quitting for good! Finito has helped me with feeling stronger everyday to quit for good. 👍

Glitchy- pretty irritating when quitting
Cigarette counter constantly reduces by one without any notification, causing you to lose track extremely irritating, especially when you are trying to give up nicotine when you are kind of on the edge already
Luckily, customer service was half decent and gave me my money back

Still smoking a lot. So far don’t feel like it’s helping but I will keep listening.
I quit for 301/2 days a few months ago and it did feel good but I’m having a hard time this time.
Only hypnotized 1 time
I had high hopes for this. Never done hypnosis before so I thought I’d give it a shot.
I did get hypnotized the first time but the next times I didn’t.
Don’t know if I was too amped up on thing goin on but it didn’t work.
I’ll try it again, but at 70$ it’s an expensive experiment.
