Doesn’t work except to sign up
Allows odometer picture and sign up, but there’s no way to know you’re active until after the first month when you get an e-mail with the month’s summary of trips. There’s no active “scoring” of your driving. Useless app except for enrolling.

I cannot log in with the app using my password that works online. Because of this I couldn’t take a picture of my odometer and got fined $15.

This app doesn’t work - it doesn’t show you your driving metrics that can be seen when you log into the website.

App does not work at all
Can log in via website but app does not allow me to log in. Incredibly frustrating for the pleasure of allowing the state of Virginia to spy on my driving habits. Still don’t understand why hybrid vehicles are penalized with higher registration fees.
App is useless
The website does include mileage driven, the app does not. It mentions in the FAQ that one reason may be that the device is out of wireless range. What the heck? What’s the point of the app if it never syncs with the device?
Two-car mess
Thanks to previous reviewers for the tips. Let me add:
I got two devices for each of my cars. I didn’t notice a label taped to the inside of the lid of each box that identifies which car they go to. So I set up the wrong ones. Also, you need to retain your “device has shipped” email which has the activation code.

Thanks but No Thanks
I didn’t get a chance to use this app, because I wasn’t aware that I needed an app to “complete” my registration. As a previous reviewer stated, they thought everything was complete because if you go to the mileage choice website it was recording their mileage.
I received a bill from Virginia's Mileage Choice Program for $47.47 for not completing the total registration. I was shocked and upset by this charge, as I never received any email or text notification that my registration was incomplete or that there was a deadline to complete it. I feel that this is a lack of transparency and communication on Virginia's Mileage Choice Program, and that I am unfairly penalized for a mistake that was not entirely my fault. On top of that, I was sent an April statement that never mentioned that I needed to “complete” my registration with an app, by a certain day either.

The worst app on my phone
The OBD2 device had to reconfigured. This took over three weeks. Then it reported two days of trips and stopped working.
The Commonwealth of Virginia should be ashamed of itself for using this.

Doesn’t work
I agree with another review. I have had this app for a month and a half and it doesn’t show that I’ve gone anywhere. It says I haven’t installed the device which I have but it hasn’t synced up. I also did what the 3 star review said, created an account, received the device, put in the code, plug the device in, and it still doesn’t work.
I have now had this app for three months. The device hasn’t worked, I talked to them on the phone three times. They said they were going to send a new device since the other device didn’t work but they didn’t send it. They then charged my account because the vite device wasn’t activated and then they charged my account again saying I hadn’t sent in The picture of my odometer which I had. So I have now been double charged. They keep saying you’re going to get it straightened out but it keeps getting worse

Useless App
Like others, I’ve had this app for a few months now and it says that I have not taken any trips. The app shows no data other than my car make and model. Not sure what the point of it is.
