Easy, organized, and efficent
I use textdrop daily. My entire business relys on textdrip. I love this platform for many reasons. Firstly, it is organized and easy to understand. Their customer service is AMAZING. I mean, amazing... I bug the heck out of them every time I have a question and they are always professional, efficient, and handle all of my questions. 10/10 platform!Show lessAYA HHG

I’ve had it for a few months and it does it’s job well! Recent opt out language has caused a lot of problems and customer service has been sub par. Besides that, my only complaint is cost, I find myself spending near around $160 a week on this program. Credits are just too expensive.Jennltho

Does what it needs
A good texting platform, easy to use and set up. The campaigns are easy to use, love that you can add people into multiple campaigns. Dont like how many server errors it has and the auto charges.
