Potentially great but lacks consistency
A special app that’s got a great community element but lacks new movement content/ live sessions. Used to be 4 or 5 sessions a week but down to 1 movement on average so not value for money if looking for regular exercise element that other apps offer. A shame as huge potential to be great!Huge high five!

I've been told yoga is so good for you and especially for avoiding sports injuries but never liked the sessions I've tried, until I found Richie. Just a really nice guy, no ego and clearly loves helping people. The classes are a good range (yoga pun, you're welcome) and as a beginner he always gives an easier option. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try yoga and especially men that are a hit sceptical! The breathwork as part of the sessions is also a bit of bonus meditation which is great!Show less
