Not user friendly
Hopefully I can work it out but when you open the app you have to click on multiple screens to open a gate.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do have a feature designed to make the process quicker for you. You can add an action, like opening your gate, to your Favorites by following these steps: Go to the device in the home screen that you would like to action. Tap and hold on the action or status you'd like to add to favorites. A popup will appear asking if you'd like to add it to your Favorites—tap "Yes." Once added, the app will open directly to the Favorites screen, where you can quickly access your action without navigating through multiple screens. You can also reorder your Favorites to suit your preference. We hope this helps improve your experience!Apple Watch?

Love it…. How ever…. To make it better:
- in stead of “running” let’s do “OPENING” or “CLOSING”
- and let’s get Apple or other smart watch controlling
- and all admin controls should be done through the app and not via computerTG16TG16

It would be very good to access the ‘open’ button straight away rather than having to click the name of the school button first. Just to make it faster. Our gate is right off the road and sometimes we have cars queuing behind us. Thanksrigobay

The app allows you to open/close, trigger a pedestrians access, keep open disabling automatic closing, create a holiday lockout on your smart controller via a proximity Bluetooth connection. Although it says 10m range, I have tested it to work reliably from 30m away and have even seen it work from 50m away on occasions. Fantastic and impressive!
The app is also able to connect to the gsm module Gultra to open and close the gate from anywhere instantly with a gate status notification for piece of mind.
It has the ability to save multiple devices for multiple entrances giving you notifications via the messages for interruptions in the actions of the gate for each device in a log format. For enhanced security there is passcode or even a biometric feature to activate faceid to check authentication before sending commands.
