Not user friendly
Hopefully I can work it out but when you open the app you have to click on multiple screens to open a gate.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do have a feature designed to make the process quicker for you. You can add an action, like opening your gate, to your Favorites by following these steps: Go to the device in the home screen that you would like to action. Tap and hold on the action or status you'd like to add to favorites. A popup will appear asking if you'd like to add it to your Favorites—tap "Yes." Once added, the app will open directly to the Favorites screen, where you can quickly access your action without navigating through multiple screens. You can also reorder your Favorites to suit your preference. We hope this helps improve your experience!Apple Watch?
