Account creation
I can not create an user for this app. I have bought a body fat scale and install medion fitness pro app, then, when i tried to create an user i got an error - incorrect user. I clicked on skip and when i tried to add a product the scale icon is grey and the text is red (not working to add the body fat scale). I have set the scale on pairing mode each time i tried. Any solutions?
