Way too expensive for what it is
Compared to other apps with similar features (Universe, Bubble, etc.) this app is WAY too pricy. I understand it’s the entire group for $9, but there should be options to go member by member for $3-4. Not everyone can afford an entire group subscription but may splurge for their bias. $9 a month is absurd.Show lessRenkinjutsushi

Please can the developer team add a button to translate all messages at once instead of needing international fans to translate each message one by one, it’s pretty annoying if there’s 1000 messages and you’re clicking 1000 times just to understand the convoEddyhhh

First the app I though it was actually real bc when I went to the call I tapped on the vc and it was recorded and I felt played and my strict parents won’t let me buy stuff on my phone so this really isn’t far for meSabrina_YT
Download is free but the whole app is not
I was really excited when I downloaded this app but then I got hit with the subscription. I can’t do anything on the app unless I pay $9 a month which I can’t afford because I’m a minor who doesn’t make much money. I was pretty sad and disappointed. I understand this is a way for them to make money to support the group until they get on their feet, I just hope they will lift the subscription soon for us bunnies who can’t afford the high price. Until then I don’t have enough space on my phone for an app that I can’t use so I will be saying bye and deleting the app. I’m very sorry. Pls let us Bunnie know when the subscription will be lifted because I’ll definitely be redownloading it.
Pls think about unlocking some features on the app. I want to support the girls as much as possible but unfortunately I can’t afford the price and it feels silly to spend so much for photos. I luv new jeans but I have no money to spend like that :,(

app is great overall ! sadly the new update makes us not able to scroll thru the old feature :( you have to pay to be able to see the pictures and messages the members sent-sunset☀️

I've had this app since it released, its a really fun app but the subscription really got on my nerves. It was fine before but you really had to add a subscription? I really like newjeans but why would you add a subscription
