great until it wasn’t
at first phoning was a great and enjoyable app but w the recent update where we have to pay to see the photos i’m very upset and troubled at that. how come we have to pay to see a few freaking photos for almost 9 dollars a month which if you think about it is very stupid and unnecessary, they might as well just had a weverse (which is also ran by hybe) and just be done with it, this the complete opposite of what universe did, universe use to use in app currency so you could download photos, now you don’t, and the fans and public like that way more, so why are y’all doing the opposite by making us pay to see idol content when we once did it free?Show lessxx_livponton_xx on tiktok❤️
I love the app but…
Overall the app is very cute, And the new update is an very interesting idea. But i’m so mad that i can’t see the photos or anything anymore( I didn’t pay cuz i’m broke) And considering Bunny’s are in majority Gen Z and mostly are Teens or younger, like i said i’m broke and i’m sure i’m not the only one who can’t afford this.(It’s not like i’m poor but i don’t think my parents would pay it for me lol) So i’m kinda sad i can’t do that anymore, So i think the app is just going to sit there until i decide to delete it 😭Show lessHer. Good Concept But Not Accessible
I really used to love the app however I do not like the new update with the subscription. I used to be able to view everything in the app but I can not afford to now. I liked that the app connected fans to the artists however I feel like the subscriptions really put a rift between fan and artists. Won’t let me log in
There must be a bug in the game because I tried signing in 6 times and it wouldn’t work. I tried making a new account 2 times and it still wouldn’t let me get in. Please change this!!☹️🧇🐾

Nice but translation needs improvement

Login troubleshooting
I can’t even log into the app, it loads for like 3 seconds then take me back to the login screen, I tried continuously for 5 minutes but it would never load me in so I gave up.mel_fuj

i really like the app and pretty much everything in it! my only problems with it is that: 1) I almost never get call notifications (up until this point i have missed every single call 😭) 2) the app keeps logging me out! like from time to time i’d go check the app,, and then it would ask me to login (even though i already have,, multiple times before!)Show lessquacktitty
Cute but need improvement
Such a cute concept! I enjoy the “text-y” vibe it’s giving. But it’s so incredibly slow to load that most of the time I attempt to go on, I end up just closing out of it. Also, it’s kinda confusing to use. I’m not really sure what to do on the app.Cmoi00
