I reached out to there support team thru app and never a response i jad to do some intense googling to find another way to reach them and I submitted an email and still no response. Save your time and just don’t indulge in these phony scam apps

Never received my money
I redeem before and it took a long time for me to get it I had to contact costumer service and they said they had to verify the account and I now I made 6.52 and redeem it to cash app and never received it it’s been almost 2 weeks I even contacted them and no response no I will no longer be using this app it was a waste of my time goodbye

No payout
I didn’t receive my payout and it has been over a week. I read great reviews about this app which influenced me to download and use it but I have yet to receive 5 dollars. I guess it’s a waste. I also have a family member who has not received her cash out, after I recommended the app to her. Thanks
Missing Payout
You know I used to love this app. It would give out payouts on time, sometimes even before the date stated. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m missing my payout. And the fact that there is almost zero well actually there is ZERO customer service on here. Withdrew 3 days ago to PayPal and did not receive. No confirmation email, no money, no response from “support”. I probably wasted a few hours on this app, don’t make the same mistake. Everything about the app is great. The layout, the free daily .05, the selection of surveys. None of it matters IF THEY DONT PAY. Do not fall for this app, you have been warned

I submitted to be cashed out ,my $5 was removed from the app but u never sent anything to me!! Not cool, it’ll be a week on Friday. What’s going on when will my money be sent to my cashapp ?
Ridiculous app please don’t download
This app is owing me over $45 I withdrew in three different occasions none of the payments came through and I keep getting notification that I have been paid. Their support system is wack, what they do is collect people opinion and data and end up not paying. Rubbish app. I have all the records of my withdrawals that I never got the payment.
