What Is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It doesn’t specify which foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them. In this respect, it’s not a diet in the conventional sense but more accurately described as an eating pattern.

Much better value as a one time price under 7$ than any other fasting tracker I’ve found.
Efficient at providing the basics of what anyone needs for fasting…
…except that start/end times can’t be edited retroactively, which is pretty annoying because it ‘appears’ to be possible but ‘doesn’t take.’ …so if you forget to stop your timer by half an hour when you have your meal then your record is flawed and there’s no way to fix it. There’s also now way to add a fast manually, so if you don’t have your phone with you for some reason you can’t insert a record after the fact.
I like this app I think it’s the basics most casters want, but I will replace it asap if they don’t address those concerns.
