Nice functionality, but the end user experience could be a bit improved

It is odd being on my iPad and being forced to use an app in portrait mode, as I often times keep my iPad on my Apple Keyboard (which keeps my iPad in landscape mode) which makes this app not very usable at all there.

Horrible

This is a complete waste of time. It rarely functions properly never mind the fact that why not have this type of functionality with the online banking piece which that also was towed as being new and improved and it is not. You’re better than this.

Poorly built / crashes / clutters the phone

1. UX is very subpar
2. No need to have a second app at all - just plain stupid
3. Crashes too much
4. One have to wonder how this developer got contracted and if they are related to someone in the company - because this would have been fixed months ago
