I live on a budget. And I have asked Atlantic Union way back when I started my account that if money is not there do not pay anything, you can reject the payment. but they are quick to charge you $38 on something as simple as point $.99 for cloud payment just so they can make this money and it doesn’t make any sense if I was to purchase something and only had a dollar in there they would decline it then but no, they wanna rob the poor. I will be closing my account because I am not one that you will get rich off of ever since the pandemic y’all have lost y’all minds too.Show lessWhat Nah

Atlantic Union Bank is Excellent to do finicial business with. Friendly, Helpful people at every Branch. Their Banking App. works great and has all the features that you would need to manage your banking accounts.
It’s very easy to use. Even shows all Atlantic Union and affiliated Banking locations; from ATM’s to Full Service Branch Locations. Even allows you to keep track of your Credit Score.Show lessParamedic04
Secure log in not working
I’m getting back into my app after a little while and I had to do a password reset. I got that a figured out but when I do the secure log in there is only a Call Me option and the menu on the phone call does not register any button presses for any option. I already know this isn’t a flaw with my phone because I navigated other menus just to get my password reset over the phone. So what is going on?? Please fix.Show less…34211058
