I’m not sure if it’s just because of the recent acquisition/merger with the other bank, but as of recent months, the app is down more than it’s up it seems. While a slight exaggeration, it’s quite annoying to go log in and find it’s not accessible. A bank of this size has the capability to have a functional and working application for customers to use to manage and oversee their funds. They should invest money in a new developer if this is only going to be the best they can ever do.
