Suggestions to make the app better
I have been a Chartway member for many years now and I’m so happy that I switched over to a credit union. The service is fast and reliable, the people are always friendly, and the customer service team has been top notch every time I’ve had an issue with my account.
There are two things that I would like to see added in the update that I think would really enhance the customer experience.
1) have a round up portion for people who have a saving accounts I know a lot of other places have this feature (Round up to the nearest dollar and put that directly into the saving account)
2) I would like to see a dark web monitor system for the accounts, a lot of people are able to gain information from the dark net and I know that it would be beneficial to see chartway have a continues DW information monitor system so if someone’s account is leaked they can be alerted right away and chartway can also take immediate action.
Other then that please keep up the great work :)
