  • The camera no longer comes up easily to make a deposit

    I used to be able to do a mobile deposit immediately and easily. Now the new app tells me to rotate my phone but the screen stays black and I can’t take a photo….. sometimes if I stick with rotating and tapping for a few minutes the camera will appear but I rarely have that time. Is it a bug in the new app??

    Of the banks I have had a relationship with the staff and services from TowneBank far exceed all others.
    I particularly am happy I am able to access my funds in TowneBank from any ATM without concern for additional usage fees. It is a valuable perk!
    Staff at all locations I have used are friendly and helpful in so many ways!
