I have been using DIME for a couple years now and I’m absolutely in love!!! I’ve gotten compliments that my face is glowing. Usually every couple years I switch to new products. But I’m sticking to DIME. Love love love!!!
I was skeptical trying this product as I saw it in fb and not all fb products are legit. Dime is the real deal. Best product I’ve ever used on my skin. I will be a lifetime user. And I’ve recommended it so everyone I know. Thank you Dime for putting out an honest clean product, at an affordable price. ❤️
I’ve been using Dime products for awhile now and I love them! But I wanted to take a moment to let people know that the customer service is exceptional as well. I recently had an order delivered with the box opened and products removed. The post office delivered the package anyway, with a sticker that said “delivered without contents.”
Never had this happen before, but I sent an email to customer service with photos and they promptly emailed me back saying they were sorry that happened and put another order in for me, even though I don’t believe it was their fault at all. I think the products were probably stolen. If you’re on the fence about trying Dime, don’t be. The products are fantastic and even more, their customer service is excellent!

Was so excited for the app so that I didn’t have to log in online to order. The last handful of times I’ve tried to add to my cart, the app crashes when I select a product to open.
Love the products! The app….not so much right now. More annoying than beneficial
I love my lash serum I've seen a huge change in my eyelashes fuller and longer and the age defense line I just received and have been using for a few weeks definitely seeing a softer and supple difference in my skin
I believe the app could be tweaked to work better. I place items in my bag, but if I leave the bag, like navigating back and forth to shop or considering the items in my bag, it disappears. I’d like to be able to save my cart so I don’t have to start all over entering my items. Perhaps it’s me, or even my phone…
I am very happy with the mascara I have previously purchased. It was part of a duo with the lash serum. I’m not able to use it though because it irritated my eyes. I have Sjorgrens, so I blame it, not the product. I can’t wait to try the skincare products I am trying to order, if I ever conquer the app 😊
I have waited over 2 months of using Dine products to write a review. I have tried so many skin care lines out there and nothing compares to the results I have seen with Dime. My skin texture is now smooth, my redness has gone away and my skin looks more plump. Also, the price point is very affordable for the quality of the products. The app makes it very easy to order and to keep track of previous orders. I am so happy I have stumbled across this line.
