Crashes a lot

Paid for a subscription and it crashes and unable to watch live matches! The help selection also states error!

This app was created for use with casting yet doesn’t give you the option to cast…what’s the point in that?

Hi there, the casting button was removed because of a recent update to the video SDK, and we're working urgently to get it back into the app. Kind regards

Often the indicated videos are not there or won’t play
Frustrating
Layout of highlights and replays is also inelegant

The video has stopped

When it works it’s great, but the app stopped playing videos but I could access it on my pc.

But …. I use my iPad and it doesn’t work!

I reported it but still no access, so really not impressed.

Login issues

I keep getting logged out while watching matches in replay. Then when I log back in I have to start from the beginning of the match. This needs to be rectified for the app to work properly.

Keeps logging out….

The app keeps logging me out half way through a match, meaning you have to log back in and find your place in the match. Happened three times in the last match I was watching. Very frustrating. Superb viewing when it’s working though.
