Finally found a routine that works!
I’m 35 and tried so many things including kegels. I used to follow different accounts and youtube videos, but could not do them on a regular basis. I’d get discouraged and I wasn’t even sure if I was doing them right. But with this app, I finally figured out how to do the exercises properly. Sneaky subscription and app doesn’t work. Try to upsell. Friggin scam. Didn’t agree to paid version and somehow I’m paying for it…
My account says “free” yet I’m being billed 19.95/mo. Cancellation is confusing (still haven’t figured it out) and I’m finding myself reaaaaallly frustrated about the whole app experience.
