The video stalls continuously!!!
Very difficult to follow the instructions when “NONE” of them will run smoothly!!
And there is no instructions for how to contact anyone for help!

Buggy!

If you don’t finish the whole day’s routine it gets confused and won’t move forward to the next day. I’ve had to delete and reinstall several times but now I think I’m done with it.

Hi, we are sorry that the free content was not satisfactory for you. You can still access to the first base of the fitness and Kegel exercises, but to create a personal plan a premium membership is needed. The reason for that is Kegel Men has a team behind including a pelvic floor physiotherapy specialist, to create it's content. To make this sustainable, premium memberhip is required. I hope that this was explanatory. But, by allowing your notifications within the app, you can informed about Kegel Men's special offers.
