Worst Ticket booking app

Dont book your tickets from this app. Instead book from airline otherwise you will end up paying huge amount of money for luggage because they hide information from you and book cheap flights without luggage allowance.
PS : worst customer support they don't even try to understand your issue and respond with standard template over and over again

Keeps getting the Flight number or name invalid error

All flight details are automatically selected and keeps giving the error for flight number AI0191.

Does not load the flight number

Keeps saying there is no flight from Mumbai to Vadodara. Impossible ke to book. Support people keep telling me it works. No answer at their phone number. Useless app for Pranam services

Pranaam sign up doesn’t work

Flight name / number invalid is the error. The flight name/number is something that’s auto assigned based upon the departure date origin and destination. The user doesn’t provide this information manually . So it is very strange that I see this error and now I’m unable to reserve this service for my family .
