Great for non diabetic health conscious people too!
This GI database is great also for people who have no immediate diabetic health concerns (ie. are not diabetic nor pre-diabetic) and want to keep a healthy food lifestyle.
One thing that can be better is an increase in database size. Quite a bit of foods I’ve tried searching were not in the system.
