Not compatible for decent Wi-Fi
People honestly, I would return your princess product whilst you still have your return policy. This app requires bad Internet to connect your princess device for Some atrocious reason. I wonder how much money there going to lose due to the smart app function. Silly boysGobyGunner

You need to change your router setting to include 2.4Ghz then it connects no problem.
You can change your router settings on your PC or IPhone.
App works fine now.Seab71
Rubbish app
Completely destroys what should be simple! I live with a solutions network architect (who can click his fingers and make something work 🤣) and even he says this app is the biggest pile of crap he’s ever seen.

Simple
Not sure what all the issues are about regarding connection to WiFi? A few simple steps to follow and worked 1st time for me.
App is quite basic but that’s a good thing as it’s easy to set a timer or a schedule for the week. I’ve mounted the infrared heater to the wall in my office and scheduled it to come on at 7.30am every week day, no problems at all.Show lessMisschatty23000
Smart feature is too hit and miss
Purchased the panel heater..
very basic design, but will do the job ….. IF it would be reliable.
Connected the panel up with no issues.. worked for the day.. following day offline! Switched the panel heater off and back on again at the wall and straight back online… brilliant! 10 mins later, offline..

You might have to change some router setting.
I was worried when I read the reviews that I would not be able to connect my heater. Admittedly I did have to go in to my wifi router setting and change it so that devices don’t automatically connect to 5ghz as well as the 2.4ghz connection but after this works perfectly. Read the reviews your app does not work
Spent an hour trying to pair/set up sitting next to the router would not recognise or manually. I can’t believe you continue to market your products that clearly do not work as described. I will be reurning64yr old Christian Apprentice
Didn’t work
Bought this heater for the bluetooth function and tried many times to connect, still not working so have had to just use the heater manually… expensive heater for it being manual!Pamibeer

Many have said they can’t connect the app. Admit it took a couple of goes but it now works fine. Very pleased.David Smerdon
Configuration Faild
After spending 2 . 5 hours trying to configure the panel with the app, I gave up.
IS NOT CONNECTING despite following all the instructions including router configuration.
Waste of time and money.
Test it before advertising its functions!
No one should pay a premium price for something that doesn’t work as advertised!
I will be returning it and ask full refund.
