This appis better than using your laptop / PC
I was trying to print a shipping label from eBay. Unfortunately, the pdf file size is 8.5 x 11. No matter how I edit or crop the filon my PC, I get a blurred shipping label on my 4x6 printer.
I tried this app and it was so easy to use. I got a better print quality. One of the best apps that I utilize so far.Show lessBry Cepe
Thermal Label Printer pulled a Fast one
My Thermal Label Printer pulled a Fast one on me today! I was Previously using FBA Print app with my Jaden’s Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer for the past 4 years. Today when I went to print a label it said my app no longer existed. I went onto Amazon to research and saw that the Brand was directing everyone to download this app in place of the old app.
At first I downloaded what brand suggested but after careful review I saw the “Pro” app. This was the correct app. When I downloaded this app and connected it to my printer via Bluetooth I was able to recognize my printer right away and start printing again.
Because I had already been using this printer for the past four years, I did not need to watch any reviews and I only print 4X6 labels. No adjustments needed to be made and everything works as it did before.

App is not good for business
App is no good for business while they ask for your privacy information to be obtain and given to third parties. This machine only prints labels about two minutes per is very slow. I do not recommend this label to anybody trying to volume up in their game. this is a very slow machine, very slow network and very slow. Customer service do not approve of this. Not sure what complaints are about
Takes a bit of technical know how to send a PDF document of your labels to your phone and download them. But after that’s done - printing hasn’t been any issue for me. Very happy thus far.JohnLouis024
Prints gibberish

This app needs an update asap
I love my printer but it has so many issues. It wastes paper by printing blanks or gibberish, it doesn’t connect, it makes me have to restart the app and have to do all my edits again. This app is not user friendly and it needs to be updated 3 months ago update is not good enough we need almost biweekly or once a month updatesShow lessKilpatrick99
