This app is getting better over time. I had sync issues at first with my wearable but the Defit team continues to work to improve the experience. Things are a lot smoother now with the latest update. It is very motivating to be active with Defit and the support behind it is rock solid. Even without a wearable, you can start with the built in tracker.
